Police Department Strategic Plans

In order to be successful, an agency must develop specific objectives and strategies.The Dalton Police Department uses a Strategic Plan to identify targets and goals designed to reach these objectives. The Strategic Plan is developed with input from citizens, and members at every level of the department. The Plan is updated as needed in an ongoing basis, and completely re-evaluated every three years.
