Industrial Development Authority

The City of Dalton's Industrial Development Authority is appointed by the Mayor and Council. This Authority has the power to issue revenue certificates for industrial purposes under federal agency guidelines. 

The Authority serves simply as a conduit issuer with no liability on the part of the City.  This Authority does not meet on a regular basis but can be called to meet as needed.
