Personal Report of a Traffic Accident

The Dalton Police Department responds to calls of vehicle accidents that occur on private property (not on a roadway).  If the accident results in minimal damage, no injuries, and no violations of Georgia law, the Officer will present a Personal Report of Accident form for the driver(s) to fill at the scene.  The form can then be turned in to the driver's insurance company.
