Mobile Food Vendor License

The City of Dalton has recently adopted a Mobile Food Vendor License through Ordinance. 22-20. You can find the full ordinance on the supporting documents attachments section on the bottom of this page. 

Mobile Food Vendor (MFV) License Highlights: 

  • Price - $30.00 monthly or $100.00 annually which includes the fire inspection, application fee, and license fee.
  • Locations - There are designated locations for where MFV are allowed to operate. 
  • Hours of Operation- 7:00 am to 7:00 pm 
  • City Designated Parking Permit Fee - $25.00 daily or $100.00 annually. 
  • Must Complete Indemnity Agreement.
