A horse-drawn carriage is defined as any hack or carriage which is operated by being drawn by a horse, mule or other beast of burden, for the transportation for hire of passengers.

Horse Drawn Carriage Fees

Before any license is granted an administrative fee for the licensed activity in the amount of $100.00 shall be paid.
