Dance Hall Permit

A dance hall is defined as any place of business or leased nonresidential building where dancing is indulged in or permitted either by the owner or the lessee if applicable, of such premises, whether on a regular basis or not, whether a fee or admission is charged or not, and where music therefore is supplied by any means whatsoever.

Dance Hall License Fees

It shall be unlawful for any person to operate or conduct a dance hall within the city without a license. The fee for the license shall be $500.00 annually.
