Survey: Face Masks In City-Owned Buildings

The CDC's guidelines for the COVID-19 pandemic have changed quite a bit lately, and between the rising number of vaccinations in our area and the latest guidlines we are gathering information to determine if we should modify the requirement to wear masks in City-owned buildings. This survey will help us determine if you, the City's employees, would feel comfortable with changing the requirements. Your participation is confidential and responses will be discussed at the May 5th Department Head meeting.
