NOTICE - ONLINE PAYMENTS OF COURT FINES WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE AFTER 12:00 PM ON FRIDAY, APRIL 11TH

The Municipal Court is changing to a new online payment system. The current payment system (which can be accessed by clicking here) will no longer be operational after 12:00 PM on Friday, April 11th. The new online payment system will be operational starting at 8:00 AM on Monday, April 14th. 

The court also accepts cash, money orders, cashier’s checks, Visa, MasterCard or debit in the Court Clerk's Office at 535 N. Elm Street during business hours. The court does NOT ACCEPT PERSONAL CHECKS OR BUSINESS CHECKS. Money orders or cashier’s checks may be made out to Dalton Municipal Court and must be received, if mailed, prior to the court date, to the Dalton Municipal Court P.O. Box.

Payment information may be obtained by calling the Court Clerk’s Office. If your citation does not require a mandatory appearance, it may be paid until 4:00 p.m. daily, up to the day before your court date.
