Two-Hour Delayed Opening For City Offices Wednesday

Due to the possibility of freezing temperatures and winter weather, City of Dalton offices and non-emergency services will be opening on a two-hour delayed basis on Wednesday, February 19th, 2025. City Hall and other City offices are expected to open at 10:00 am on Wednesday morning. 

Proceedings of the Dalton Municipal Court scheduled for Wednesday, February 19th will not take place. People scheduled to appear before the court on February 19th will have their appointments rescheduled, and they can contact the Municipal Court at 706-278-1913 extension 101 for more information. 

If dangerous weather conditions develop or persist on Wednesday, City offices could remain closed for the full day. Employees and residents should check daltonga.gov and the City's Facebook page https://www.facebook.com/CityOfDalton for further announcements on Wednesday morning.
