Request For Bids - Miscellaneous HDPE Conduit - Materials Only

Sealed bids will be received by City of Dalton for Miscellaneous HDPE Conduit – Materials Only until Tuesday, August 31th, 2021 at City Hall, Finance Department, 300 W. Waugh Street Dalton, Georgia 30721 until 2:00 PM and at that time opened and publicly read aloud. Bids received after the designated time will not be considered.

BID DESCRIPTION

The materials up for bid are: 2”, 4” & 6” HDPE Conduit – MATERIALS ONLY – in various quantities. Please see the Bid Specifications for a more detailed description and quantity breakout.

Envelope containing the bid must be sealed, addressed to CINDY JACKSON, CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER, CITY OF DALTON, 300 W. WAUGH STREET, DALTON GA. 30721 and marked as follows: “BID FOR MISCELLANEOUS HDPE CONDUIT – MATERIALS ONLY”.

Bids will be required to remain open for acceptance or rejection for sixty (60) calendar days after the date of opening if bids.

Awarded bidder will be required to successfully complete City Vendor Packet.
