Labor Day Garbage/Recycling Collection Information

The City of Dalton's administrative offices and non-emergency services will be closed on Monday, September 2nd in observation of the Labor Day holiday.

There will be no garbage, recycling, or rubbish collections that day. Instead, residents who typically have their garbage and recycling collected on Mondays will instead by served on Tuesday, September 3rd. All of the other collections will take place on their typical day.

The Mayor and Council meeting that would ordinarily take place on Monday will instead be held on Tuesday, September 3rd at 6:00 pm.
