Request for Proposals
The City of Dalton is soliciting proposals from qualified individuals and/or businesses to operate the City’s concession stands located at the following parks:
- Al Rollins Park - 521 Threadmill RD, Dalton, GA, 30721
- Heritage Point Complex – 1275 Cross Plains Trail, Dalton, GA 30721
- Heritage Point Soccer Complex - Hale Drive, Dalton, GA, 30721
- Ron Nix Complex – 904 Civic Drive, Dalton, GA 30721
The RFP is intended to encourage interested businesses to clearly show that they are qualified to provide food and beverage services in a consistent and revenue positive manner. Each proposal must clearly identify their knowledge of concession operations, food safety practices, contract relations and demonstrate financial stability. Requirements and The City’s needs are outlined in the Concession Stand Operations RFP.
Envelopes containing RFP’s must be sealed, addressed to City of Dalton-Finance Department, 300 W Waugh Street, Dalton, GA 30720. Envelopes must be marked as follows: “Dalton Parks – Concessions Operations Proposal – DO NOT OPEN.” Proposals must be turned in the Finance Department by Monday, June 6th, 2022 by 2:00 pm.
Proposals will be opened publicly in the Finance Department, 300 W Waugh Street, Dalton, GA on Monday, June 6 at 2:00 PM. The right to reject any or all proposals or request additional information or clarification deemed necessary for evaluations reserved to the owner, City of Dalton, Dalton, Georgia.
