Internship - Finance Department

The City of Dalton is currently accepting applications for the position of Internship with the Finance Department.  This is a part time position working 19 flexible hours per week (3 day minimum) during Finance’s regular hours Monday through Friday, 8-5.  Requirements of the job include performing a wide range of financial, accounting and clerical functions as well as interaction with members of the public.  Successful applicants will have an in-depth working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Adobe, understanding of basic bookkeeping, and be a current student attaining a high school diploma or college credits. The minimum starting pay for this position is $10.00 per hour.
