Paying a Fine

Payment information may be obtained by calling the Court Clerk’s Office.

If your citation does not require a mandatory appearance, it may be paid until 4:00 p.m. daily, up to the day before your court date.

The court accepts cash, money orders, cashier’s checks, Visa, MasterCard or debit in the office. Payments can also be made online with credit cards and debit cards that contain the Visa or MasterCard logo at the Municipal Court Online Payment Window. The court does NOT ACCEPT PERSONAL CHECKS OR BUSINESS CHECKS. Money orders or cashier’s checks may be made out to Dalton Municipal Court and must be received, if mailed, prior to the court date, to the Dalton Municipal Court P.O. Box
