Economic Support Counselor

The City of Dalton (Dalton/Whitfield Community Development Corporation) is currently accepting applications for the position of Economic Support Counselor. Minimum qualifications include a two-year associates degree or high school diploma/GED and two years of related experience. Duties include but are not limited to:
- Facilitating client access to community resources
- Interviewing and assessing potential clients
- Assisting clients with completion of intake forms
- Preparing reports
- Keeping case records
This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with full benefits. Minimum starting hourly rate is $22.11 per hour depending upon experience.
