Paving Crews Work To Smooth Out Nob North Cart Paths
You shouldn't catch air in a golf cart, and certainly not if you're on the cart path.
The cart paths at City-owned Nob North Golf Course have been in sore need of some attention in places where years of service have left them rutted and bumpy - perhaps not badly enough to jump a golf cart "Dukes of Hazzard"-style, but definitely bad enough to spill a beverage and make for a shaky and uncomfortable trip around the golf course. The City of Dalton's Public Works Department has been working on the problem, though, sending crews to pave the cart paths as weather has permitted.
Now the drive to the tee box is a lot more smooth. Unfortunately, keeping the drive off the tee box straight is still up to the golfer.
