Sealed bids will be received by the City of Dalton for qualified vendors to repair ten (10) Tennis Courts at Lakeshore Park. The primary focus is crack repair on Courts 1-10. This sealed bid is to get pricing on the crack repair as well as any patching that may need to be performed. Further details are published below.

Sealed bids will be received by the City of Dalton, Finance Department located at 300 W. Waugh Street, Dalton, Georgia 30720 until:

Thursday July 1, 2021 at 2:00 PM ET

for the above referenced project. Sealed bids received after the designated time will not be considered. Bidders shall inform themselves of and comply with all conditions and specifications contained in sealed bid, related documents, and State and Federal Law.

The request for proposal package is open to public inspection at the City of Dalton City Hall located at 300 W Waugh Street, Dalton, Georgia 30720. The Parks and Recreation Department may be contacted by telephone at (706) 278-5404. The package can also be downloaded below.

No proposal may be withdrawn after the scheduled closing time for receiving proposals for a period of sixty (60) days. The City of Dalton reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to waive formalities and re-advertise.
