Sealed bids will be received by the City of Dalton for qualified to furnish 3 servers and a data storage solution with its respected accessories. The new server and storage solution will be used to replace existing 3 Cisco UCS servers and a direct attached storage. This sealed bid is for hardware and maintenance support warranty only as the servers and storage will be installed by the City’s Information Technology Department. Sealed bids will be received by the City of Dalton, Finance Department located at 300 W. Waugh Street, Dalton, Georgia 30720 until:
Wednesday june 16, 2021 at 2:00 PM ET
For the above referenced project. Sealed bid received after the designated time will not be considered. Bidders shall inform themselves of and comply with all conditions and specifications contained in sealed bid, related documents, and State and Federal Law.
The request for proposal package is open to public inspection at the City of Dalton City Hall located at 300 W Waugh Street, Dalton, Georgia 30720. The Information Technology Department may be contacted by telephone at (706) 278-9500. The package can also be downloaded below.
No proposal may be withdrawn after the scheduled closing time for receiving proposals for a period of sixty (60) days. The City of Dalton reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to waive formalities and re-advertise.
