Full-Time Accountant - Dalton Convention Center
The City of Dalton is currently accepting applications for the position of Full-Time Accountant for the Dalton Convention Center.
Qualified candidates should have a BBA Accounting degree or better from an accredited college or university with major course work in accounting, finance, public or business administration. Previous experience with a public assembly facility preferred. Skill and experience with computerized accounting software, Excel, Outlook, and Word. Position administers and directs daily operations of the financial function including supervision of personnel, processing cash receipts/bank deposits, AR/invoicing, AP/purchasing, bank reconciliation, payroll processing, financial reporting, budgeting, and monthly financials.
