Two Upcoming Municipal Court Dates Postponed

Two upcoming court dates for the City of Dalton's Municipal Court are being postponed due to the concerns surrounding the current COVID-19 situation in Whitfield County.  Court dates for Wednesday, September 1st and Wednesday, September 8th will be rescheduled. 

Defendants schedule to appear on those two dates should contact the court at 706-278-1913, extension 101 for more information about the scheduling of their case at 706-278-1913, extension 101. 

Court officials will re-evaluate the COVID-19 situation in two weeks to determine if court sessions will resume in person at that time.
