Giving Thanks To City Workers

City Councilmember-Elect Steve Farrow helps City Administrator Andrew Parker unload more boxed lunches

With the changing colors of the leaves, our minds turn toward thankfulness and gratitude. The City of Dalton kicked off the season of Thanksgiving on Tuesday afternoon with a special lunch for the city's employees. For the second year, the lunch was served on a drive-thru basis instead of gathering the city's workers together for the traditional lunch due to COVID-19 concerns. But the message was still the same: thank you for all that you do to make the City of Dalton the best place to live, work, and play in Georgia.

Tuesday's lunch was served to city workers by the City's elected leaders and the department heads.
