Drive-Thru COVID Vaccinations Available Thursday, Sept. 16th

The City of Dalton will once again be offering drive-thru COVID-19 vaccinations at the Dalton Convention Center. The next vaccination clinic will be held on Thursday, September 16th from 9 AM until 12 PM. The clinic will be offering 1st and 2nd doses of the Pfizer vaccine as well as 3rd dose boosters for the immunocompromised.

With rising numbers of COVID infections once again threatening Dalton and Whitfield County, as well as the number of COVID patients in Hamilton Medical Center's ICU once again at levels last seen at the peak of the pandemic in 2020, there has never been a better time to be vaccinated if you have not already. Please, if you have not been vaccinated, consider getting vaccinated. The COVID-19 vaccines are safe and they are proven to reduce your risk of catching COVID and they are proven to substantially reduce your risk of developing serious illness if you do develop a breakthrough case.
