Believe Greater Dalton Launch Celebration Set For Tuesday

We believe in Dalton, and we know you do, too. 

The next phase of the Believe Greater Dalton strategic initiative is starting, and the public is invited to attend a launch party on Tuesday, March 21st at the Mill at Crown Mill Garden in the Weaving Room from 5:30-7:30 pm. There will be food and giveaways during the event, and there will be a brief presentation on the next stage of Believe Greater Dalton at 6:15 pm. 

Believe Greater Dalton is a five-year strategic plan charting a course for the growth of the greater Dalton region led by the Greater Dalton Chamber of Commerce. The plan focused on six different strategic areas: community pride, downtown, economic development, education, entrepreneurship, and housing.

The initiative began in 2018, which means that the first cycle of the plan is wrapping up and the next phase is ready to begin. Tuesday night's celebration will include a look at the successes of the first plan cycle and also a look at the strategy for meeting the challenges faced in the next five years.
