REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS - Airport Veeder Root Replacement

The City of Dalton, GA will accept Competitive Sealed Proposals at the Office of the Finance Director, Dalton City Hall, 300 W. Waugh Street, Dalton, Georgia 30720, until 3:00 PM local time on the 3rd day of April 2023 for the replacement of the Veeder Root system on Airport Fuel Tanks. Proposals will be opened and publicly announced at 3:00 PM on April 3, 2023 at Dalton City Hall. All proposal must be sealed and plainly marked “Airport Veeder Root Replacement – AIR20231”.  Bids received after the designated time will not be considered. Total Contract Time for delivery and installation is one hundred twenty (120) calendar days from contract execution date.  No proposal may be withdrawn by the Owner within sixty (60) days after actual date of opening thereof.  The City of Dalton reserves the right to reject any and all proposals, to waive any informalities or irregularities in the proposals received and to accept that which is deemed most qualified to the City of Dalton.  Project Specifications can be obtained by download below or by email at awiersma@daltonga.gov.
