Sign Up For The "Discover Your Calling" Event!

The Dalton Fire Department's "Discover Your Calling" event will give prospective firefighters a chance to learn more about a career with the DFD. You'll learn about the application process to become a Dalton firefighter including a demonstration of the physical readiness test that recruits will be required to pass. You'll also have a chance to meet members of the fire department who will explain the pay scale and benefits, how you'll work with a shift, how you can advance your career, and tour the department's facilities. 

The event will be held on Saturday, July 19th at DFD Station #2, 1024 Abutment Road, Dalton, 30721 from 9:00 am - 12:00 pm.
